Diane Hill Vann ("DHV") who was born, nurtured, and lived next door to her Grandparents--one of the first African-American and business owners in Madison, Wisconsin--entered the business world of marketing, stocking, purchasing, marketing, selling, and business accounting at an early age.
Madison, Wisconsin yearly pays tribute to the contributions of DHV's pioneer Grandfather, John Wesley Hill--the first African American City Councilman as well as business owner in Madison, Wisconsin.
John Hill's business is on the Madison, Wisconsin tour of Preserved, Historic property.
